Dates: 26-28th of October 2018
From Friday 12pm to Sunday 3pm. Times and heats to be released closer to the time

* All athletes need to be members of the same facility
Divisions:
1. RX
RX division will require athletes to be able to do the following:
One athlete must be able to do ring muscle ups and rope climbs
Weights will accommodate intermediate athletes.
2. Rookie
At least one athlete must be able to do pull ups and rope climbs
Weights will be ideal for beginner level
