Delivery Policy

All shipping rates listed on our website are based on shipping from our distribution centre in North Riding, Johannesburg. 

We have created quite an accurate shipping rate calculator using over 16 thousand street & postal codes from around the country. We know that there may be instances where it will not work perfectly, especially for remote areas where there are additional charges. Courier companies charge an additional R400 per delivery when the delivery address is in a game reserve. In special circumstances, we reserve the right to charge for these additional unforeseen costs.

Courier companies do not deliver to outlying and remote areas every day. They will deliver on certain days of the week. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

We are charged with a minimum charge from our couriers for 10kg. If you only order 1 or 2 items, then you may think the courier charge is expensive. However, if you order multiple items, and the combined weight is still under 10kg, then you will not be charged the minimum courier charge. Minimum courier charges range from R100 to R400 depending on the area.

All items outside of Pretoria, Johannesburg and Capet Town will always be couriered unless it is a big consignment. In Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town we will deliver when possible, when equipment requires assembly we will also assemble as part of the delivery charge. In all areas outside of these areas, the items will only be couriered.

You will be presented with an option of collecting your equipment from our warehouse if you have your own couriers you would like to make use of.

Installation is only included in Johannesburg & Pretoria. In all other cases, the price of delivery excludes installation.

  • You have 24 hours from receiving the product to report a damage claim
  • Whilst we do our best to be on time for deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries that are due to unforeseen events, or events out of our control

Free Shipping (If applicable)

  1. Excludes installation
  2. All items are boxed and delivered to the customer.
  3. The customer will be responsible for the assembly and installation
  4. MiFitness can install at an additional charge
  5. If items are couriered, the delivery address needs to be on a street address
  6. Outlying areas are excluded from free shipping, an additional surcharge will be added after the order for outlying areas. If the customer does not agree with the surcharge, a full refund within 24 hours will be actioned.
  7. Free Shipping is exclusive to online orders only
