Plug in your personal USB data carrier or SD card, and get a workout experience while moving to the beat of your favorite songs, watching your podcasts or favorite clips, with this built-in system that produces a broad range of frequencies and rich, equalized sound and vision. The TFT display is controlled through a one touch logic dial-twist, within easy reach leaving the controls right at your fingertips, allowing you to switch between your ongoing program data, the multi-media display or a combination of both. The prestored 3D visualisation creates a highly motivating training environenment, the freedom of a real outdoor run on an indoor machines. Progam your work-out run, select your favourite clip(s), and push start. The interactive menu will show all exercise data on the side menu of the TFT display, allowing you to keep track of your work-out all the way. If U select the exercise data display, the TFT window will constantly and accurately monitor simultaneous readouts of speed, time elapsed, distance covered, theoretical calorie burn, incline percentage, 'laps' run, and heart rate reading. 11 pre-programmed runs, 3 personal settings, 4 target runs, 3 Heart Rate related settings, featuring DKN’s My Zone Program heart rate control, combined with manual control: the RunTech 3E covers your workout, no matter your training goals.
