FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. My Invoice shows no delivery charge, does this mean it is free?
A: Delivery is not free. We don't include delivery charges on the online orders as the delivery charges can range greatly from area to area. We therefore get an accurate cost of delivery before we process the purchase.

2. I placed an online order, but there are no payment details?
A: We don't process payments automatically online, as delivery charges aren't included. A MiFitness representative will receive the order and contact the customer explaining the relevant delivery charges. If the customer is happy with the delivery charge payment can be made via Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, or EFT.

3. How much is the delivery Charge?
A: Local Deliveries are R45.00. Deliveries that are not local will depend on the area.

4. What does the Warranty Cover? 
A: The Warranty on equipment cover factory defaults, and does not cover misuse. The warranties also do not cover durables on the equipment, i.e. break pads on indoor cycles, a tear on an exercise bike seat etc.  Warranties on DKN Equipment are 2years onsite if you are in a local area. 

5. How long does delivery take?
A: If you are in an outlying area, delivery will take 2-3 days. If the equipment is sent through a courier, it will be sent unassembled in the box. If you are local, delivery can be expected the next day.
